the desk is paused and this site is down.

on sep 10 FINRA published the aug 31 short interest print for $BAOS: 77,229 shares short, down 92.7% from the 1,057,429 in the aug 14 print that this desk underwrote its thesis on. the shorts covered inside FINRA's reporting lag, while our buy campaign was underway.

separately, the float figure this site displayed was wrong. BAOS float is roughly 21.7 million shares, not 1 million. the desk's position is about 0.29% of the float, not 6.36%. the squeeze meter and related claims that previously appeared here were built on those two errors. they were ours and they should not have been published.

the squeeze thesis is invalidated. nothing here was ever a promise of profit, but people followed these numbers and they deserve the correction stated plainly.

the trading book stays public at /book.json, including every fill and broker order id to date. any decision about the open position will be published before it is executed, not after.
